Colorado Renaissance Festival Denver Shuttle

The simple round-trip low fare gets you there and back. Choose your pickup location on check-out from one of these two options: (On the return trip, we'll take you to whichever one your prefer) Click on the maps to plan your route to the pickup

North Denver 8:30am

Please arrive before the departure time to allow enough time to park your vehicle and load the bus. See the highlighted maps above to see exactly where to park and meet the bus. Please use the bathroom before leaving as there is no great option (or time) to stop on the way. You may leave personal items on the bus while you are in the festival. The bus will be locked and there will not generally be an opportunity for re-entry until departure time. You may choose from a departure time of 3:00pm or 6:45pm – no need to schedule it, just show up for the shuttle you want to be on. If you miss any departure time and I don’t know that you are on the way, we will leave without you. Apologies, we must attend to the king’s business.

More legal stuff: This shuttle service is provided by Mobilique Limo Bus and is not affiliated with the Colorado Renaissance Festival. Mobilique Limo Bus is not responsible for passengers’ lost or damaged items. Mobilique Limo Bus is not responsible for traffic or other delays. If the weather is deemed too severe to travel safely, the driver may cancel the shuttle service at their discretion. Cancelations less than two days before the trip will be refunded half of the ticket price. Every person over the age of two must purchase a ticket, since there is limited seating on the bus.

FAQs

  • Can I bring my cosplay accessories? Within reason. There is limited space on the bus. Room enough for a sword here and some fairy wings there. If everyone brings their cart and cooler and full armor, we’ll run out of room quickly.

  • Can we make other stops? Not generally. We need to accommodate everyone who purchased a ticket and stay on schedule as much as possible. In dire circumstances, the driver will meet your needs as best as possible. Pee beforehand.

  • Can we get back on the bus during the festival? Sorry, but not generally. The bus will be locked and the driver has better things to do between trips. You can leave personal items on the bus if you like.

  • I am getting a ride back with someone else. Can I get a partial refund? Sorry, no. The low flat rate covers the round trip and one way trips as well.
  • I got another ride down and want to get on the shuttle back to Denver. Can I jump on? Absolutely, if you purchase a seat from the driver and if there is room on the bus.
