The fold out ramp is 32″ wide. With the low floor bus model, kneeling feature, and using curb height, the ramp angle is almost flat.
The Denver limo bus can secure up to two wheelchairs with 4 point restraints and seatbelts.

Booking and confirmation –Â A 25% deposit reserves your date/time and vehicle, sign the contract, and select charity option. We will confirm with you a couple days before your trip.
Day‑of experience: driver will confirm prior to arrival, offer courteous boarding support, and any other assistance as needed.

A week vacation in Frisco
A gentleman in a power chair and his family flew into DIA and needed transportation to Frisco where they had a rental condo.Â
The Denver limo bus arrived at the DEN airport early and waited for the group to deboard the plane and get luggage. Since he was in a chair, we have special permission to pick up right at the curb (not an outlying island) for convenience and safety.
They had an enjoyable and relaxing trip to Frisco, praising the unique, accessible, and friendly service. They were very appreciative of the snacks and water we provided as well after their long day of airline travel.
We returned nine days later and helped load their luggage and had a pleasant return trip to DIA, where we could again drop off right at the curb for easy ramp deployment.
A Denver wedding
A bride hired our Denver limo bus for affordable transportation for a wedding in Denver. We picked up the wedding party from the ceremony at the church.
The ceremony ended up running very late – over an hour. Since there was no charter scheduled immediately following this trip, we were able to simply wait until they were ready.
The red carpet was literally rolled out for them when they finally came out to the limo bus.
We drove them to a park to take wedding pictures (it was a beautiful day even though it was early winter) where the chauffeur waited and then drove them to the final destination where they celebrated their reception.
A night at Red Rocks
A group of friends booked our Denver party bus to take them to the world famous Red Rocks Ampitheatre. By pooling their resources, it was an affordable alternative to ride-shares or taxis. They also didn’t have to worry about drinking and driving, parking, or navigating concert traffic.
We arrived at the lower south lot (reserved for all buses and limos) where they tailgated for a short time, enjoying the stereo and fun environment of the bus lot.
They could leave their personal belongings on the bus, knowing that it would either be attended or locked while they were in the show.
When they returned, the chauffeur had cleaned the trash, restocked the waters and sodas and drove them safely home while they kept the party going.
Pricing expectations
Simple transparent rates
Pricing can vary depending on your schedule, distance, and day of the week, but we keep it transparent and straightforward.
Unlike many limo companies, we don’t price gouge or change our rates. We have an hourly all-inclusive (except for driver gratuity) rate and also do our best to accommodate your specific needs
Local Denver‑area charters start at $200 for one hour, with additional time available by the half hour.
Weekends may have a three-hour minimum.
- DEN airport and other one-way transfers are $150 within Denver Metro (if not during a weekend 3 hour minimum time)
Quotes include the bar stocked with water, soda, and ice, trained chauffeur, fuel, and standard cleaning; extended time can be added. (if there is no other scheduling conflict)
- Standard chauffeur gratuity is 20%. If you prefer, we can include this in the charter quote.

In many cases, yes. As long as the device fits safely on our ramp and within the securement area, we can transport power chairs and scooters. We’ll verify during the quote.

Was great transportation! We had about 20 bags and 8 adults and a child that needed a car seat which was provided. We were picked up at each home and then picked up again from the airport and dropped off at each home again and it was exactly what was needed.
